Happy Trails Hour!

Hi all IMR members,
 
I found out this morning that Leku Ona had inadvertently booked our Happy Trails Hour at the same time as a previous, larger-group booking.  (Yes, I erred in not booking it sooner, but I hate to do so in the event they might instead get a larger crowd in there.)  Oh, and some kind souls sought to enlighten me regarding a "conflict" with the Poinsettia Bowl.  Guys, there's no conflict at all!  That's exactly why Leku Ona put that big screen TV in that room a couple months ago!  We were going to watch the game, drink, and make lots of noise (like we usually do).
 
Well, we're still going to watch the game, drink, and make noise ... but in a different location.  As you know, the game starts at 6:01 pm.  Well, Applebee's at just about Vista and I-84 (exactly at 2810 Elder St) has SEVEN flat screen TVs around its bar.  So, here's the plan: Show up EARLY to ensure a seat around the bar.  Should be a great game.  Hope to see you there.

The Right Stuff

IMR holds meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the MK Nature Center Education Building], from 7-9pm (meetings are from September through May--in June, July, August we will have potluck picnics, but most of us will be out playing in the summer, so meetings are more difficult to schedule).

Meetings and trips are free to the public. Check our calendar, find an activity that interests you, and come outside and play!
