"We are looking for volunteers to help us with sagebrush seed collection November 15, 22, and December 6, 13.

The first collection we will likely be working up Bogus Basin Rd. below the treeline. We plan to meet at the MK Nature Center at 8:30 PM on the 15th. We may change that time for the other Saturdays.

Bring a lunch, water, warm layered clothing, boots (snow boots if there is snow) and insulated work gloves. I use old ski gloves which work great. Sagebrush will leave a chaffy resin on your gloves that may or may not come off in washing.

Please let me know if you would like to help out. This is a great excuse to get outside during the shortest days of the year!
