The second of three Potluck Picnics this summer; in September we go back to our presentation meetings at Idaho Fish and Game. Come on out to Municipal Park at 6pm. Bring a dish, bring a friend and bring some stories about hikes you've done and would like to do. IMR tries to bring people together to share ideas and experiences to help each other out--and to make new friends. So, join us at Municipal Park at 500 S. Walnut (just north of the MK Nature Center/ID Fish and Game). How it works: We do not have a reservation at the park. So, we'll just meet around 6pm--we'll try for Picnic Area #3, but if it is already taken, just look for the group of outdoorsy-looking people. Unfortunately, Fido will need to stay home--dogs are prohibited in the park. If the weather looks poor, we may need to cancel--info will follow here or via email if that's what we need to do. Here's what to bring:
• Your own beverage(s). Note: responsible alcohol consumption is allowed in this park.
• Your own place setting/plasticware
• Simply bring a dish large enough for about 3 people, and we should be ok. Take the first letter of your last name and bring the following: (NOTE: we change the assignments from month to month!):
o A-J: Main dish
o K-S: Side dish
o T-Z: Dessert
