Join us in exploring unnamed 11,000 ft. peaks in the Pioneer range. Wildflowers, wildlife and wild country await our discovery. We will leave Boise after work on Friday and car camp on the way to the trailhead, a 4- or 5-hour drive from town. Saturday and Sunday we reach summits and return to Boise late on Sunday. Each peak is 8 - 10 mile roundtrip and 3,000 to 4,000 ft. elevation gain. Ice ax and crampons may be required. This trip is not appropriate for dogs. |
