River Trips - Class II Trips
Come enjoy an easy float down the Middle Fork of the Payette River. We’ll launch at the Tie Creek campground and float 9 miles downstream to the community of Crouch. This is an easy river to navigate. Spring brings swift water but no ratable rapids. Kayaks, inflatable kayaks, canoes, and small rafts work well on this river. Participants should have a basic skill level rafting and maneuvering a boat to join this trip. We’ll wrap up the day with a potluck BBQ at a private residence near Crouch. Due to the potential dangers of water, children are not allowed.
