&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
Ron Watters, who co-authored Guide to Idaho Paddling with his wife Kathy, will give a presentation on easy paddling rivers in Idaho. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
For over 25 years, Ron was director of the Idaho State University Outdoor Program, teaching outdoor skills and classes, leading many trips,&amp;nbsp; climbing, back-country skiing, running rivers, and exploring in many parts of the West, Canada and Alaska.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
His other books include Never Turn Back, a biography of whitewater pioneer Walt Blackadar, and Winter Tales and Trails, a guide to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and backcountry skiing in Idaho, Yellowstone and the Tetons.&amp;nbsp; All of his books tell stories, often with a historical bent.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
