Winter camping experience is preferred. No sleds. No dogs.

Nordic Highway XC Ski (1/17/2009)

For beginners! Rent skis if you don't own them. http://www.bogusbasin.org/nordic/index.aspx has a lot of info related to purchase of passes and the trails.

Gold Fork Snowshoe (1/10/2009)

A beautiful trip up the snowshoe-specific trail to the yurt just for orientation's sake. Made for beginners. Roughly 3 miles and a few hundred feet elevation gain. Slowest person sets the pace. Sorry, no dogs allowed on the trail.

Ponderosa XC Skiing (1/4/2009)
