Walnut Street, Boise, Idaho 83712 USA [Directions]. DESCRIPTION: Learn about the The Idaho Centennial Trail (ICT) and the man who established the route in 1986. The ICT travels 1,200 miles from the Nevada border at Murphy Hot Springs north to Upper Priest Falls next to Canada. It passes through all the ecological zones of the state: the sagebrush desert of the Owyhee, high mountains in the Sawtooth Wilderness, rivers in the Frank Church River of No Return, and lakes in the Panhandle National Forest. After years of planning, Roger Williams established the route in 1986. He will share his experience and slides of the first through-hike. » Watch a short video and learn about the trail on idahoptv.org
